We are ready to open our doors!

For the past several weeks, we’ve been grateful for the ability to worship together at Eikon Online. However, our leadership team has been working with wisdom and diligence to make sure that our in-person gathering are safe and healthy for everyone involved. Beginning Sunday, June 7th, we will be reopening our doors and gathering together in our building for our Sunday services. As we return, we will be offering services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am. We encourage you to continue to attending Eikon Online if you or a family member doesn’t feel well, or if you’re just not ready to attend church in-person. You’re part of the Eikon Church family no matter where you choose to attend!

Please know that we are taking every precaution as prescribed by the State of Texas and the CDC standards to ensure that our church is sanitized, safe, spacious, and secure for your family. Please watch the videos below and read the information on this page to help you best prepare for your in-person experience at Eikon. We will continue to keep this page updated with information as in-person gatherings progress and our team re-evaluates how to best serve everyone in attendance at this time.

What To Expect As You Return

In order to provide everyone with a safer and healthier approach to our in-person services, we have made some adjustments to our service and practices at Eikon on Sundays. Below is a summary of some changes we have made to help guide you as you prepare for our in-person services!

Before You Get Here . . .

To help create an environment that allows for adequate distancing, you’ll need to save a seat during a specific service time. eKids will not be open at this time, so please add any children to the total number of seats you reserve. Please note that we are requiring ALL attendees to wear a mask inside our building. Click the link below to save your spot today!

RSVP FOR THIS SUNDAY

Upon Your Arrival . . .

  • Attendees will need to enter and exit through the main entrance doors only. Please take note of the floor markings and signs to help you know where to go.
  • Our eKids Elementary wing entry doors will be locked. Please use the main entrance only.
  • The auditorium and inner lobby doors will remain propped open, however you will need to allow our volunteers to open the main entrance doors for you in order to minimize door handles being touched and contain cold air flowing in the building.
  • All attendees will need to be prepared to answer the following questions at the door:
    • Are you showing any flu-like symptoms?
    • Have you had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the past 14 days?

  • We will provide activity bags for parents to pick up in the lobby that include items that coincide with our regularly scheduled eKids curriculum to help provide fun for kids in the main service.
  • To promote safe distancing in the auditorium we are removing every other row in our seating formation. Our volunteers will guide you to your reserved seating inside the auditorium.
  • There will be hand sanitizing stations at the main entrance to the building, outside of bathrooms, at eKids Check-In desk, and at the main doors of the auditorium for you to utilize.
  • Please practice contact-less greetings.

  • On Communion Sundays, we will provide individual prepackaged elements as you walk into the building.
